Failure to read this fully may result in a denial for services.
• Submitting this request does not guarantee you an appointment. Every tattoo idea is important to us regardless of whether or not it is accepted. If it is not, we will try to direct you to the artist that is best at the style you are looking to do. Not being accepted doesn’t make your idea any less significant, it just means it does not fit Sam's style.
• Sam's rate is $180/hr. unless you are working on a larger, multi-session piece (such as a sleeve or back piece), in which case he may offer a discount rate.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
The required deposit is $50 for a small tattoo appointment and $100 to reserve a longer appointment. A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule. If you do not reschedule with at least 48 hours notice you forfeit your deposit.
• Everything is designed custom for you. Please be thorough in your description, you will likely not see a design prior to your appointment, so the more information you can provide the better.
• We will notify you within 3-4 weeks if your tattoo has been chosen for an appointment.
